The German Centre Indonesia, a building constructed to Grade A standards, has a total area of over 22,000 square metres on seven floors. The building is ideal for offices, warehouses, storage areas, laboratories, and light industrial usage. In addition, the German Centre Indonesia features flexible exhibition space and various conference rooms and event space.

The operation of the German Centre Indonesia has been certified since June 2000 by ISO and since September 2006 by OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series, an internationally recognized health and safety management system).

 

 


Infrastructure at the German Centre Indonesia

The building engineering at the German Centre Indonesia conforms to modern standards and is modernised continuously.

The communications infrastructure in the German Centre Indonesia is outstanding. Each leasable unit of office space and workshop is equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning. Moreover, reliable and good Internet connections are available owing to the glass fibre cabling and POP server on the premises.

The technical fixtures at the German Centre Indonesia include a fire alarm and extinguishing system, a security service around the clock and including video surveillance, diesel generators to supply uninterrupted power in the case of a power outage, enabling uninterrupted office and workshop operations. In addition to the four passenger lifts, the German Centre Indonesia building is equipped with two heavy-duty elevators, which hold the capacities of 2 and 3 tonnes, respectively.

Modern waste removal system, including recycling, is provided.

The underground parking and immediate vicinity of the German Centre Indonesia has 300 parking spaces. They may be leased by tenants for a short or a long period of time.

The German Centre Indonesia has a spacious, modern lobby, a restaurant with international cuisine, and various conference rooms and event space.

On the 12th of March2009 the Ministry of Economy of the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg (Germany) published a press release on the visit of the Minister of Economic Affairs of Baden-Württemberg, Ernst Pfister, to Indonesia and Brunei. The Minister is confident with the journey and happy that German Centre Indonesia developed so well: “Ich freue mich über die außerordentlich positive Entwicklung des German Centre in Indonesien“.
